Les présentes Conditions régissent l’ensemble des services fournis par Aspirelevare Global GmbH (i.G.).

L’entreprise ne garantit, en aucune circonstance, l’admission, le placement, l’obtention d’un visa, l’hébergement ni aucun résultat spécifique lié au programme.
3. Frais d'engagement de 100 €
- Des frais d’engagement de 100 € sont requis pour entamer le processus de candidature.
- Les frais activent la candidature, l’enregistrement dans le CRM et l’allocation des ressources internes.
- Les frais sont non remboursables.
En effectuant le paiement, l’utilisateur consent expressément à :
- demande le commencement immédiat du service
- reconnaît que le service est pleinement activé dès le paiement.
- convient que les frais sont non remboursables une fois le service commencé.
- renonce à tout droit légal de rétractation, dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable.
4. Service Commencement
The service is considered to have commenced immediately upon payment of the commitment fee and registration in the company’s CRM system.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable under EU consumer law, users have a statutory right of withdrawal.
However, by making the payment, the user expressly requests the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be waived once the service has begun.

7. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate information and required documents.
8. Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe.
Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing a payment, the user agrees that:
- the €100 commitment fee is a service activation fee and not a deposit
- the service is delivered immediately upon payment
The company reserves the right to:
- provide CRM records and communication logs as proof of service
- submit evidence to payment providers (including Stripe)
Unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal recovery.
10. No Circumvention
Clients may not bypass the company or contact partners directly.
11. Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid.
All partner institutions operate independently and are solely responsible for their services.
12. No Legal or Immigration Advice
The company does not provide legal or immigration advice.
Clients must obtain independent advice where required.
13. Independent Status
The company operates as an independent service provider.
Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
14. Governing Law
German law applies.
Jurisdiction: Berlin.
15. Legal Version
This English version constitutes the legally binding version of these Terms.
